Description of the subject of the order: 1. The Congress will take place at ICE Krakow, ul. Marii Konopnicka 17, Krakow, hereinafter referred to as ICE. The Ordering Party will independently conclude a rental agreement with the ICE Operator. 2. The Ordering Party will develop the Congress program, in particular it provides that from July 2, 2026 from the morning hours 4/07/2026 to
In the evening of July 3, 2026, the Transatlantyk Awards Gala will be held. 3. The Ordering Party expects the participation of approximately 225 visitors, 50 panelists, 50 free listeners. The maximum number of guests during one event (e.g. Inauguration or Gala) will not exceed 500 participants. The invited people will come from various continents, the majority of whom come from Europe. 4. The Ordering Party provides for the organization of stands for about 30 publishers on the sidelines of ICE. 5. The Ordering Party made preliminary reservations for accommodation for the Congress guests in hotels close to ICE. The Ordering Party covers the costs of accommodation for translators on July 15 (4 days). 6. Number of translators and authors from Poland requiring ticket purchases/coverage the Contractor's costs of traveling by car, the Ordering Party estimates at a maximum of: 50 7.
