Description:
1) the subject of the skew in worship and is the organization and conduct of engaging for seniors, which is aimed at improving the physical condition and the quality of participants. BD will take place in CaiWS in Osina, and their program will be developed in a way adapted to the needs of the elderly OSB, withtaking into account elements of health training and enriching theoretical knowledge in this area. The scope of occupation will include different forms of physical activity, which will have a positive effect on the efficiency, health and well -being of the participants. WRD of the proposed activities are: Nordic walking, zumba,Dance, yoga, pilates, aerobic, healthy cryos, healthy CIAO, etc.2) BD carried out depending on the psychophysical captivity of project participants in the dimension of 170 didactic hours. 3) takes place on the basis of a schedule set fromOrdering.
