- The subject of the order is to organize and conduct a two-day, stationary (the Ordering Party provides a room for the implementation of the task), lasting 18 hours of training in the field of civil protection and civil defense, addressed to councilors of the Rajcza Commune, social workers, management staff of units organizational units of the Rajcza Commune Office and employees of the Rajcza Commune Office (64 people in total). In order to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the Office, it is preferable to divide the persons undergoing training into two groups. The training in question should be carried out in accordance with the content of: a) the Act of December 5, 2024. on population protection and civil defense (Journal of Laws, item 1907); b) Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of February 6, 2025 on training programs in the field of population protection and civil defense and requirements for entities conducting training (Journal of Laws, item 162), and in particular, the Annex No. 5 to the above-mentioned regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration.
