Description:
1) The contracting authority divided the order into parts. The order was divided into
3 (three) parts:
• Part 1: Preparation, conduct and summary of training for employees of social assistance and integration from the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
• Part 2: Preparation, conduct and summaryTraining for employees of the family support system and foster care from the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
• Part 3: Preparation, conducting and summary of training for people performing tasks in the field of counteracting domestic violence and addiction prevention from the voivodshipPomeranian.
2) The Contractor may submit an offer for any/ne) part/part of the contract.
2. Enty of the subject of the contract (including description of the part of the order) is specified in Annex 1a, 1B, 1C to SWZ and in the contract template, which is Annex 2A, 2B, 2C to SWZ.
3.Pomeranian Voivodeship and from the subsidy of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy.
4. The law appropriate for this contract (including for the contract concluded as a result of this procedure and for the assessment of the legal effects of all documents in this contract) is Polish law, taking into account the lawEuropean Union.
