Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the organization and implementation of training services under the project "Innocuw GDN. Developmental and civilization challenges in the field of work organization", co -financed by the European Social Fund Plus (EFS+), as part of Measure 5.6 of the European Funds program for Pomerania 2021-2027.
2. The purpose of the order is to raise the awareness of project participants in the field of:
• team management,
• interpersonal communication and remote work,
• implementation of organizational changes,
• balance between professional and private life (work -life balance),
• technology IT.
