Description:
1.1. The subject of this order is the contractor's benefit in the period from July 1, 2025. until June 30, 2028. Services of the transport of disabled people in the city of Toruń and abroad on weekdays (from Monday to Friday) between 6.30 - 20.00 and on Saturdays, Sundays andHolidays from 7.00 - 22.00.
1.2. In order to properly implement the subject of the contract, in accordance with the expectations of the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged in particular to:
1) disposing of microbuses designed structurally to transport disabled people in wheelchairs, including min.1 car equipped with a hydraulic or electrical elevator for transporting people moving in wheelchairs;
2) ensuring staff to properly perform the service according to their own organizational idea,
3) accepting and fulfilling orders for transport services in the radio-taxi system inthe period of the contract, according to the current price list,
4) providing transport services and free for the customer, assistance in moving people from the vehicle to the entrance door of the building and from the entrance door to the vehicle,
5) collecting payment from passengers for transport services according to price listdetermined by the Employer,
6) reporting from the transport performed,
7) monthly settlement of the service by issuing and submitting to the Employer VAT / accounts together with the necessary documentation referred to in the contract,
