Description:
1. The subject of the order is the organization and logistical support of the educational fair entitled: "Professions Festival in Małopolska in 2026". As part of the order, the Contractor:
1) Will organize an educational fair called: "Professions Festival in Małopolska in 2026" - will provide exhibition space for educational fairs, will prepare (arrange) exhibition stands, provide exhibitors for the employers' zone, prepare and equip some exhibition stands, prepare a career counseling space, provide support for educational fairs, including: reception, stage, rooms at the organizer's disposal, point first aid and parking, will prepare and manage the participant registration system for and during the Festival, and will ensure Festival security.
2) Will organize the space and technical support for the thematic conference during the Competition Festival.
3) Will provide catering (lunch) for exhibitors and participants conference.
4)Prepare thematic workshops with a scenario for students.
5) Create graphics / visual identification system for the Competition Festival.
6) Will provide electronic prepaid contactless cards.
7) It will ensure sanitary and epidemiological safety.
8) Will ensure accessibility to the event for disabled people.
