Description:
1. The subject of the order is the organization and logistical support of the stay of a delegation from Małopolska in Lyon, France, in order to participate as an exhibitor in the Educational Fair called the World Cup of Competitions in Lyon.
2. As part of the order, the Contractor will provide:
a) transport of participants from Małopolska (from Krakow and Sucha Beskidzka) to Lyon and back, transport around Lyon and transport of equipment and promotional materials from Małopolska (from Krakow and Sucha Beskidzka) to Lyon and back - including equipment insurance and participants' insurance,
b)providing meals for each participant business trips - dinner during the entire stay in Lyon and lunch on one day, as well as other meals depending on the date of travel and possible delays,
c) French translator,
d) logistical support for Małopolska's stand at the Fair, including the arrangement and furnishing of the stand with furniture/walls separating and utilities (electricity, Internet).
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be included as an annex to the public procurement contract.
4. The terms and conditions of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract public, which will be included in the content of this contract - the contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
