• Description:
• 1. The subject of the contract is the organization and logistics and technical service of the two-day educational fair entitled The Festival of the Lesser Poland of the Future, organized in 2025, hereinafter referred to as the Fair or Festival or Festival of the University.Annex No. 1D to SWZ I will be introduced as an attachment to the Public Procurement Agreement.
  3. The contract implementation conditions are included in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - templatecontracts and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the model contract). 95 of the Act specifies,that it does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the performance of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.
