Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the organization and logistics service of the competition entitled "Regioskills Małopolska", hereinafter referred to as the competition, implemented as part of the "Vocational Lesser Poland" project.
2. A detachment description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to SWZ and it will be introduced as an attachmentto the public procurement agreement.
3. The contract implementation conditions are included in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement agreement - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the modelcontracts). 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by the Contractor or SubcontractorBased on the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the contract.
6. The subject of the contract is co -financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund Plus - under Measure 6.12 projects of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Sub -measure 6.12 B.Coordination of the vocational education of the European Funds program for Lesser Poland 2021-2027.
