- 1. The subject of the contract is the organization and logistics service of the trips of national members of WZK in the second half of 2025
2. The order consists of two parts:
Part 1 - organization and logistics service: a study of the studio delegation from Lesser Poland with a minimum of 15, and a maximum of 25 people inprovince Lower Silesia in the second half of 2025. As part of part 1 of the contract, the contractor will ensure:
β’ organization of travel participants of the studio visit from Lesser Poland, including ensuring transport on the Krakow-WrocΕaw, WrocΕaw-Krakow route (railway tickets) for a minimum of 15, and a maximum of 25 people.Meals for a minimum of 15, and a maximum of 25 people during a study visit.
β’ Logistic service of meetings on site.
β’ Ensuring transport in the Lower Silesian Voivodship for a minimum of 15, and a maximum of 25 people.
β’ Coordinator/Pilot of the Visit.
β’ Insurance of the visit participants.
Part 2 - Organizationand logistics service: two -day away training for a delegation from Lesser Poland with a minimum of 25, and a maximum of 50 people in the second half of 2025 in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship at a distance of a minimum of 15 km from ul. RacΕawicka 56 in Krakow (distance calculated according to the shortestA car route measured using Google Maps).
As part of Part 2 of the order, the Contractor will provide:
β’ accommodation and meals for a minimum of 25, and a maximum of 50 people during a training trip
