Organization and service of 2 three-day meetings regarding regional programs in the field of assuranceservices of hotel transport services of conference rooms and gastronomy and restauratory services for a maximum of 80 people each including coordination meeting with institutions managing regional programs 2021-2027 and meetings regarding the purpose of cohesion policy 1-2part
1. The subject of the contract is the organization and service of two three-day meetings regarding regional programs, in the scope of providing hotel services, transport services, conference rooms, workshop rooms and gastronomy and restaurant services for a maximum of 80 people, including meetingscoordination with institutions managing regional programs 2021-2027 in June or the first week of July 2025 and a meeting on the purpose of cohesion policy 1 in September 2025
The contracting authority divided the subject of the contract into 2 parts, each of which is a separate subjectprocedure:
part one (1) procedure-the subject of the contract is the organization and service of a three-day coordination meeting with institutions managing regional programs 2021-2027.
part second (2)-the subject of the contract is the organization and service of three-dayMeetings regarding the purpose of the cohesion policy 1.
The Contractor may submit an offer for one or two parts of the contract.
