1. The subject of the contract is the organization and service of the meeting of the Local Development Subcommitteemanaged by the community (RLKS), in the scope of providing hotel services, transport services, conference room and gastronomic and restaurant services for a maximum of 90 people.
Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Annex 1 to SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract, it will beAnnex to the contract (the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement constitute Annex 2 to SWZ).
2. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in art. 214 para. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act.
3. The contracting authority does not provide for a vision by the Contractorlocal and checking the documents necessary to perform the contract, referred to in art. 131 para. 2 of the Act.
4. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond.
5. The contracting authority does not require the provision of a proper performance of the contract.
6. The contracting authority reserves that he may firstResearch and assessment of offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor.
