Description:
1. The subject of the order is the organization, coordination and service of an anniversary event on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of KRUS. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor will provide comprehensive event service, including in particular the rental of an appropriate facility. in Warsaw, preparing the arrangement of the event space, preparation and technical service of the event, providing artistic setting, providing comprehensive catering service, organizing reception and guest service, ensuring event security and full organizational coordination of the event, including the supervision of the project manager. 2. The gross amount in PLN that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance the order is: PLN 265,000.00.3. The anniversary event will take place on November 27, 2026. The contract implementation schedule is specified in Annex No. 5 to the PPU.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapter II of the SWZ, in Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract.
