Description:
1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive organization and conducting a two -day conference summarizing the integrated project Life "Implementing the air protection program for the Lesser Poland - Lesser Poland in a healthy atmosphere", which will take place at the Cogiteon Science Center in Lesser Poland.
2. Zakres orders:
1) Preparation and conduct of a meeting, including, among others: providing a host, organization of space, print of conference materials and identifiers,
2) providing photographic service,
3) organizing dinner for VIP participants,
4) ensuring streaming from the conference,
5) assurance simultaneous translation (Polish - English, English -Polish).
3. Delivery description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is Annex 1D to SWZ and it will be introduced as an attachment to the public procurement contract.
4. The terms of the contract are included in the planned provisions Public procurement agreements, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by Contractor or subcontractor based on an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the contract.
