- 1. The subject of the contract is the performance during the event "Digital Skills Summit conference", held on November 26-27, 2025 in Gdańsk, in the Neophilology building of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Gdańsk (hereinafter referred to as: "Event"), a service consisting of comprehensive technical service of each of the elements of the event, preparation and implementation of the audiovisual transmission of the event, providing catering service, providing reception service, providing translation services, as well as ensuring equipment, transport and assembly as well as photographic documentation and photographic documentation and film event and conference articles and the implementation of other services related to the event. hereinafter also called "services".
in particular:
a creative concept, hereinafter referred to as the "concept" of the event and its implementation (chapter 1 SOPZ);
technical and hardware event, including ensuring visual and sound setting as well as transport, assembly and disassembly (chapter 2, chapter 3 Sopz, Chapter 4 SOPZ, Chapter 7 SOPZ and Chapter 8 SOPZ);
film and photographic and visual notes of the event (chapter 4 SOPZ);
