1. The subject of the contract is:
a) organizing a tour of Krakow ended after a lotm in a local restaurant;
b) providing transport during study visits in the facilities indicated by the Ordering Party;
c) providing lunch after the completion of study visits;
d) providing information and promotional materials.
2. EXPROCTION of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is Annex 1D to SWZ and will beHe introduced as an attachment to the public procurement contract.
3. The contract implementation conditions are included in the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1cto SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the model model). 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the contract.
