• Description:
• The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization and management of a five-day study trip entitled: "A modern approach to oenology, enotourism and the promotion of regional products - French experience for the development of the Łódź Voivodeship." Trip will take place in the Champagne region in France for a group of up to 25 participants, including winemakers and representatives of the local government administration of the Łódź Voivodeship. The implementation of the subject of the order includes, among others: 1. Development of the visit program studio. 2. Organization of meetings, lectures and workshops resulting from the trip schedule. 3. Providing transport from Łódź to the airport and back. 4. Providing air transport from Poland to France and back. 5. Provision of transport coach and bus transport within France in accordance with the departure schedule. 6. Providing a coordinator for the study visit. 7. Providing translation services during the study visit. 8. Provision of accommodation. 9. Providing food. 10. Insurance for study visit participants. 11. Other activities necessary to effectively conduct the comprehensive organization of the study visit. The subject of the order is described in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), constituting Appendix no 1 to the SWZ, which is also Annex No. 1 to the draft contract (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ).
