Description:
1. The order of the contract includes a comprehensive organization of works of the Pomeranian Cooperation Network, i.e.
1) substantive coordination of network work,
2) organization of a conference initiating the establishment of a network,
3) planning, organizing and conducting workshop meetings of industry networks,
4) organization and implementation foreign studio visits,
5) Preparation and presentation of "Summary of work and recommendations from the operation of industry networks".
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to SWZ and in the contract template, which is Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The right for This order (including for the contract concluded as a result of this procedure and for the assessment of the legal effects of all documents in this contract) is Polish law, taking into account the law of European Union.
4. all records of SWZ and its attachments, in which the people refer to the standards, Approval, technical specifications or reference systems or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or equipment) are indicated, in accordance with art. 99 para. 5 and art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
5. In the case of the subject description Orders are given the names of materials, products of specific manufacturers, this should only be treated as a term for the desired standard
