Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the organization of a series of 4 regional conferences regarding the future of the economy, taking into account cooperation with labor and education market institutions, including:
a) providing facilities / places for the organization of conferences;
b) Preparation and conduct of conferences, including:providing substantive persons, organization of space, registration of participants, streaming live;
c) promotional and informative activities of conferences;
d) Preparation and service of the coffee zone and lunch at the conference.
2. Typical description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex 1D to SWZ I IIt will be introduced as an attachment to the Public Procurement Agreement.
3. The terms of the contract are included in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be introduced to the public procurement contract - the contract template and constitute an attachmentNo. 1c to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the model model). 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employmentby the Contractor or Subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the performance of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code.
