- 1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organization of cycle 5 (in words: five) trainings combined with LARP educational games for school youth aged 16+, implemented in five provincial cities in Poland, i.e. Warsaw, PoznaΕ, Katowice, Krakow and WrocΕaw, hereinafter referred to as "Training" or "event".
2. The subjective service includes:
1) rental and equipment of the training and event space in each of the five locations;
2) providing catering, technical support (including the Internet), in each of the five locations
3) Preparation and delivery of welcome packages (Welcome Packow), in each of the five locations;
4) organization of LARP game based on the script provided by the Ordering Party in each of the five locations;
5) providing training articles for training participants to each of the five locations.
3. Order processing:
1) contract will be concluded for a definite period and will apply from the date of conclusion to the time of all obligations by the agreement specified no longer than for a period of 5 months from the date of conclusion - with the exception of the provisions of Β§ 9 of the confidential information agreement and liability for their violation, about which it is mentioned in Β§ 10 para. 1 point 5) contracts for which the validity period is longer.
2) Training will take place in the following cities and dates (the contractor will indicate the preferred training date in point 3 of the offer form):
a) Warsaw: 01.10.2025 or 02.10.2025
b) Katowice: 16.10.2025 or 22.10.202... - Documents:
