Organization of travel and the provision of logistic services during the stay of a delegation from Małopolska in order to participate as an exhibitor in the Educational Fair called the World Cup in Lyon, France
The subject of the order is the organization of travel and the provision of logistic services duringthe sophistication of the delegation from Małopolska in order to take part as an exhibitor in the Educational Fair called the World Cup of Competitions in Lyon, France. The service will include the provision of:
1. Transport of participants from Małopolska - a maximum of 10 people (from Krakow and students and a guardian from one of the secondary schools from tarea of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship) to Lyon and back, and during the stay in Lyon.
2. Transport of equipment and promotional materials from Małopolska to Lyon and back - including insurance of the equipment and all participants of the Delegation,
3. Logistics service of the Małopolska stand at the Fair (Euroexpo Hall inLyon) including stand arrangement and equipment as well as utilities,
4. Accommodation and meals for the Delegation from Małopolska during the trip and the entire stay in Lyon.
5.French translator.
