- "Organization of the trip of Małopolska SMEs to the Expoalimentaria 2026 economic fair in Lima" The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization of a trip for representatives of Małopolska entrepreneurs to the Expoalimentaria 2026 Fair in Lima, which takes place in September 23-25, 2026 as part of the "GoExport Małopolska" project. The order covers the provision of the entire service, including preparation, supervision and coordination of the trip, organization of air transport, organization of transport of people at the fair site, meals participants, organization of accommodation for all fair participants including breakfast, insurance, translation services in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. ATTENTION! In case: - changing the date of the Fair or canceling it traditional formula, as well as when the political or epidemic situation in the country or in the fair country/city makes it impossible, - occurrence of extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the Ordering Party, in particular related to the geopolitical situation, armed conflicts, security threats or warnings issued by competent institutions (e.g. the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) regarding travel to the place of service or through transit areas, resulting in participants' resignation from participation in the trip for safety reasons and, consequently, the inability to complete the minimum number of 12 participants necessary to complete the order.
