• Description:
• 1. The subject of the contract is organizational and logistics services related to the preparation and conduct of the event titled Educational Forum 2026 in Małopolska - Safe Family Forum. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) is attached as Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and it will be introduced as Annex No. 1 to the public procurement contract. 3. The terms and conditions of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the contract. public - contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 4. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the instructions resulting from Art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require the employment of persons by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship performing activities related to the execution of the order. 5. The Contractor will be obliged to grant the Ordering Party a license for the materials prepared and presented during the Forum, in accordance with the contract.
