Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the organizational and logistics service related to the preparation and conduct of events entitled Educational forums 2025 in Lesser Poland
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is Annex 1D to SWZ and it will be introduced as Annex 1 to the contract on the orderpublic.
3. The terms of the contract are included in the planned provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
4.available from art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the contract.
5. The contractor will be obliged to grant the contracting authority a license for prepared and presentedDuring the Materials Forum, according to the contract.
