The subject of the order is to organize and conduct a 5-day educational camp for a group of 44 children from Poland and Ukraine (grades VI and VII) as part of the project under the project: CARPATHIAN YOUTH FOR ECO SMART EDUCATION - contract no. PLUA.01.03-IP.01-0017/23-00 on July 6, 10, 2026, near the Magura National Park. The entire group will be accommodated in one location. The bidder should be entered in the Central Register of Tour Operators and Tourist Agents1.1 Requirements for the Bidder: 1. Organization of recreation in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of March 30, 2016 on recreation for children and youth (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1548, as amended) and the Act of September 7, 1991 on the system education (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 881, as amended), the Act of May 24, 2000 on the National Criminal Register (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 276), the Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime, i.e. (Journal of Laws of 2026 item 110).2.
