1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in organizing and conducting course of cyber security, operation and maintenance of devices up to 1 kV, service of road carts, computer -assisted CAD design for students as part of the project "Regional support for the development of vocational education", with:
Order has been divided into
13 (thirteen) parts
2) The Contractor may submit an offer for any part/part of the order.
2. Description of the subject of the contract (including description of the part of the order) was specified in Annex 1 to SWZ and in the contract template, which is Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The project is Co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds program for Pomerania 2021-2027.
4. The law applicable to this contract (including for the contract concluded as a result of this procedure and for the assessment of the legal effects of all documents in this contract) is Polish law, with taking into account the law of the European Union.
5. In all SWZ entries and its attachments, in which the manager refers to standards, approval, technical specifications or reference systems, or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with joke. 99 para. 5 and art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
