Description:
1. The subject of the order is the organization and conduct of one- and two-day group training for employees of the Marshal's Office of the Silesian Voivodeship, divided into parts (1-8): 1.1. Organization and conduct of a 2-day away training entitled Difficult situations at work: How to communicate in case of conflict? - (Part 1); 2. The description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is Annex No. 3A (Part 1) to the SWZ / Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (applies to Part 1).3. The draft provisions of the contract regarding the above public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract, are included in Annex No. 2A (part 1) to SWZ.4. The ordering party requires that the subject of the order be performed in accordance with the Act of July 19, 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs. 4.1. The building in which the subject of the contract will be implemented must be free of architectural barriers, and in the case of them occurrence, the Contractor is obliged to provide alternative access.
