- 1. The subject of the order is the organization and conduct of one three-day training in the field of counteracting domestic violence by the Contractor providing: specialized training staff, technical group supervisor, technical and organizational support, training/information materials, restaurant services and serving meals.2. Purpose of the service: increasing the knowledge and competences of training participants in the broadly understood counteracting domestic violence, in accordance with Art. 9a section 5a and 12a of the Act of 29 July 2005 on counteracting domestic violence (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1673). Number training participants. Group of maximum 15 people.1. The Contractor will provide one representative of the Ordering Party with active participation and supervision during the training service. Therefore, the Contractor will provide one representative of the Ordering Party: lunch on the first and last day of the training, and the related costs with the implementation of the above-mentioned scope is the organizational cost of the Contractor as part of the implementation of the subject of this contract.2.
