- The subject of the contract is "organizing and conducting classes". Training should increase the motivation of prisoners and enable the acquisition of competences necessary to move on the labor market, covering the following issues: rational time management, self -presentation, the art of conversationand calm argument, dealing with negative emotions, contemporary methods of searching for work, conversation with a potential employer, preparing modern application documents, self -esteem, motivation to work, budget management and setting up your own business.The topics will be implemented in the dimension of 2 hours, and the indicated 2 topics will be extended by an additional 4 hours. Total number of lesson hours/ 45 min/ is 30 hours.
