Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in organizing and conducting two educational and professional camps for a maximum of 80 students (after a maximum of 40 students participating in one camp) vocational schools as part of the project: "Regional support for the development of educationprofessional ".
2. Description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 1 to SWZ and in the contract template, which is Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The law applicable to this contract (including for the contract concluded as a result of this procedure and for the assessment of the legal effects of all documents, includingOrder) is Polish law, taking into account the law of the European Union.
4. In all SWZ entries and its attachments, in which the manager refers to standards, approval, technical specifications or reference systems, or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin are indicated (namesmanufacturers or devices), in accordance with art. 99 para. 5 and art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
5. If the names of the materials, products of specific manufacturers are given in the description of the subject of the contract, this should only be treated as a term for the desiredstandard and quality. In all such situations, the contractor can offer equivalent materials, products with at least the same technical and quality parameters.
