Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of organizing, equipping and administering Paid Parking Zones in Splno Krajeski (hereinafter referred to as SPP) and Paid Parking Spaces in Splno Krajeski (hereinafter referred to as MPP). The Contractor is obliged to launch the Free Parking Zone on time 30 days from the date of signing the contract. The principles of operation of the Paid Parking Zone are specified in Resolution No. XXI/171/2025 of the City Council in Splno Krajeski of November 26, 2025 on the establishment of the paid parking zone and the amounts of vehicle parking fees and the method of collecting them. these fees, while the principles of operation of the MPP are specified in Order No. OR.0050.1.137.2025 of the Mayor of Splno Krajeski of November 26, 2025 on the creation and organization of paid parking spaces in Splno Krajeski. The Ordering Party allows changes to the applicable resolution, which cannot be causes of the Contractor's claims against the Ordering Party and an increase in the Contractor's remuneration. The Paid Parking Zone in Splno Krajeski covers the following streets: Plac Wolnoci, Myska, Nowy Rynek, Jeziorna, Ratuszowa, Tadeusza Kittens....
