Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of organizing, equipping and administering Paid Parking Zones in Splno Krajeski. The contractor is obliged to launch the Paid Parking Zone within 30 days from the date of signing the contract. The rules for the operation of the Paid Parking Zone have been changed specified in Resolution No. XIX/154/2025 of the City Council in Splno Krajeski of September 24, 2025 on determining the paid parking zone and the amount of vehicle parking fees and the method of collecting these fees (Journal of Laws of the Kuj. Pom. Province, item 4384 of October 1, 2025). The Ordering Party allows changes to the applicable resolution, which may not give rise to the Contractor's claims against the Ordering Party, and an increase in the Contractor's remuneration. The Paid Parking Zone in Splno Krajeski includes the following streets: Plac Wolnoci, Myska, Nowy Rynek, Jeziorna. The estimated number of parking spaces in SPP is 97. Fees will be collected from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., excluding public holidays. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.
