Description:
2. The subject of the contract is the service in the organization, equipment and administration of the paid parking zone (SPP) in Tuchola in the period: from 01.01.2026 to 31/12/2029. The principles of functioning of the paid parking zone were set out in the resolutions:
of February 28, 2020 regarding the determination of the paid parking zone and the amount of rates of vehicle parking fees and the method of charging these fees (Journal of Laws of the Kuj. - Pom. item 1313 of 6 March 2020);
on the determination of the paid parking zone and the amount of rates for parking fees and the method of charging these fees (Journal of Laws of the Kuj. - Pom. item 2932 of June 5, 2020);
paid parking zones and the amount of rates of vehicle parking fees and the method of charging these fees (Journal of Laws of Kuj. on February 4, 2021);
