Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of care services, specialized care services (excluding specialized care services for people with mental disorders), including those awarded urgently in accordance with Art. 50 and 50a of the Act of March 12, 2004. on social assistance (i.e. Journal Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended) and intervention services in the city of Płock in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Care services will be provided to single people living in the city of Płock who, due to age, illness or other reasons, require assistance other people and are deprived of it, and people who require the help of other people and the family, as well as the spouse, ascendants or descendants who do not live together cannot provide such help. The Ordering Party anticipates that approximately 150,000 hours of care services will be provided during the period specified in the contract, including approximately 1,000 hours of specialized care services and approximately 500 hours of emergency care services. The minimum annual number of hours that will be assigned to the Contractor will be 75,000 hours during the period covered by the contract.
