Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service called "Organizing, equipping and running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Iwkowa Commune." The scope of the order includes in particular the Contractor's provision of: PSZOK service, maintaining cleanliness and order, organizing selective collection of waste delivered by commune residents, keeping records of received waste, submitting a report to the Ordering Party, successive removal of waste from PSZOK, so as to ensure the possibility of continuous delivery of waste by residents and prevent overflow of containers, transferring waste for management in accordance with the hierarchy of transferring waste collected from property owners intended for storage to Regional Installations for processing municipal waste indicated in the Provincial Waste Management Plan Municipal.
The detailed scope of the service, the method of carrying out the order and the obligations of the Contractor are set out in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e. Description of the Subject of the Order.
The Contractor undertakes to perform the service in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, current level of technical knowledge, as well as with due care.
95 section 1-2 of the Public Procurement Law requires the employment of at least one person by the contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. ...
