Description:
Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the organization of the Paid Parking Zone, together with the rental of parking meters, control devices and software for zone operation. The task includes: 1) Execution, agreement and implementation of a traffic organization project in accordance with Resolution No. LV/428/23 of the Kouchów City Council of March 30, 2023 on the establishment of a paid parking zone in the city of Kouchów, the amount of parking fees and specifying the method of collecting fees together with the construction application (for the area entered in the register of monuments). 2) Leasing and installing 7 parking meters and 1 controlling device with a printer along with their software and a system designed to operate the Paid Parking Zone. 3) Training employees of the Ordering Party in the field of operation of devices and the IT system, 4) Current service of devices and software.
