Description:
The subject of the order includes the construction of a sanitary sewage network in a gravity-pressure system in the town of Mikluszowice in sections C, D, F and H, with the integration of the designed network into the existing sanitary sewage network. As part of the construction of the sanitary sewage system, the construction site included: sewage reaches constituting part of the main network, as well as sewage pumping stations. the total length of the designed sewage network is approximately 0.4 km. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 "Description of the Subject of the Order" and the design documentation constituting attachments to the SWZ.. Before signing of the contract, the Contractor with whom the contract will be signed is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with an offer cost estimate. The Contractor, in consultation with the Ordering Party, will prepare and submit a material and financial schedule for the implementation of the subject of the order no later than on the day of concluding the contract. Introducing changes to the schedule will not be treated as an amendment to the contract and will not require the conclusion of an annex to the contract.
