Description:
The subject of the order is to carry out a design and build investment task, which includes obtaining a building permit, construction and obtaining a permit for the use and operation of elements of sanitary sewage infrastructure, including: gravity sanitary sewage, main and side canals and sections qualified as a network ending with wells in plots of connected real estate, sewerage with a pumping station, as well as the construction of connections to real estate in the towns of Niedary, Biekowice, Wyyce and the construction of a sewage treatment plant in the town of Niedary along with the infrastructure accompany. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 "Description of the Subject of the Order" and the design documentation constituting annexes to the SWZ. Before signing the contract, the Contractor with whom the contract will be signed is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a unit list of basic cost elements. constituting the entire offered value of the order.
