Description:
The subject of the order is to organize water management together with the renovation of the existing drainage system and the construction of a technical road in the areas leased by Holding D Sp. z o. o. at ul. Konstantynowska in Łodź in the design and build formula, divided into: Task 1: Restoring the ditch drainage along the street. Konstantynowska, including placing a drainage collector in a ditch (dn500-800) and covering it with permeable aggregate in the design and build formula. Task 2: Renovation of the drainage system along with shaping and post-amelioration development of the area, along with sowing grass mixtures in delivered fertile soil (topsoil 5 cm) in the design and build formula. Task 3: Preparation of complete design documentation for a 4 m wide bicycle path (category KR3) around Bonia, together with a design for drainage of rainwater from the path and the adjacent area. Task 4: Hardening the area for evacuation. temporary road in the design and build formula. Task 5: Construction of two exits from ul. Konstantynowska and one exit from ul.
