Description: The subject of this order is the outsourcing service consisting of:
1) Providing the possibility of printing, copying and scanning documents by means of pre-performed new devices provided by the Contractor,
2) service and operating services of these devices (delivering consumables and repairing these devices),
3) Installing the Central Printing System (Following and Safe Print System) on the supplied devices,
4) Installing the network management system for printing devices, for all devices covered by the service (cost settlement system, device conditioning system, management of operating materials),
5) providing servers together with the relevant licenses necessary to provide a service.
