- 1. The subject of the contract is:
a) Development of two separate multi-branch documentation of project-cost thermomodernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation) and reconstruction with the implementation of the design of construction equipment for buildings located in Gdańsk at:
-ulicaŁowicka 11F, registration plot No. 6/10, precinct 271s; -Inica Road of Saint Wojciech 44, registration plot No. 79/12, 79/15 pre-infant 098;
b) obtaining administrative decisions for conducting construction works from the competent architectural and building administration authority, enablingstart of construction works by the Ordering Party;
c) performing a one-off update of investor cost estimates;
d) exercising author's supervision in the scope of:
-confirming in the course of construction works compliance with the project,
-reflection of the possibility of introducing interchangeable solutionsin relation to
to the investor supervision inspector provided for in the project and the investor supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract.
