Description:
The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Painting of corridors and staircases in the building of the Commune Office in Wierzchosawice, in accordance with the provisions of this SWZ and the documentation attached to the SWZ. LOCATION: Commune Office Building in Wierzchosawice, 33-122 Wierzchosawice 550. The task includes:1) 5 levels of staircase, 2) Hall 1st floor, 3) Hall 2nd floor, 4) Hall 3rd floor, 5) Corridor 1st floor, north and south side, 6) Corridor 2nd floor, north side, 7) Corridor 3rd floor, north and south side. The scope of the order includes: 1) preparatory works, 2) plastering, 3) works painting, 4) disassembly and reassembly of the central heating installation as well as fixtures and electrical accessories. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide at least a 36-month quality warranty period (12 quarters). Detailed information is included in the Design Documentation and the Technical Specification of Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB). These documents constitute annexes to the SWZ.
