Description:
1. The subject of the order are renovation works at the ZUS Inspectorate in Biaogard, consisting of painting the rooms and fences. 2. The scope of works includes: - double painting of plasters of internal walls: office rooms, SOK rooms, staircase and communication routes; - double painting ceiling plasters and suspended ceiling tiles; - painting wooden doors; - varnishing the wooden staircase handrail; - painting elements of metal gratings and decorative balustrades; - painting elements of metal grilles, ventilation doors, radiators, central heating pipes; - painting elements metal and parts of fences; - replacement of damaged PVC carpet on a prepared substrate in flooring systems in SOK; - double plaster painting of parts of the fence; - textural marking (warning field/attention field) of the surface, horizontal entrance to the building, with anti-slip touch dome elements with non-invasive installation, glued to the substrate; - removal of rubble.3.
