Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the supply of copier and wrapping paper, hereinafter also referred to as: materials or the subject of the order., 1) The offered materials must be brand new and come from current production (2022/2023), they cannot have any traces of previous use, damage, musz has original packaging with security measures used by a given manufacturer, 2) The scope of the order includes: purchase of materials along with delivery, transport, unloading and carrying to the Ordering Party's premises. , 3) The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the full rangespecified in the assortment and price form in Annex No. 2A, and thus the full amount of the contract. The Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement in the scope of 30% of the quantity of the product covered by the order (i.e. the entire product range, not individual items).
