Description:
1. The subject of the order are development and maintenance services of the Papirus system (hereinafter referred to as: ZSI) for the Real Estate Management Company in the Praga-Poudnie District of the Capital City of Warsaw. license by the Ordering Party, 2) parameterization, i.e. adapting the ZSI to the specificity and requirements of the Ordering Party in terms of standard ZSI structures and algorithms, 3) installation, consisting in transferring or launching the ZSI in a place indicated by the Ordering Party, 4) legal update, i.e. introducing to the version of the ZSI used by the Ordering Party, such modifications that are the result of changes in legal provisions in the scope of the Ordering Party's activities, 5) providing consultations in solving substantive problems of the Ordering Party related to the operation of the ZSI, 6) assisting, i.e. carrying out jointly with the user ZSI operator activities in the system, 7) instructions, i.e. providing ZSI users with direct instructions regarding the operation of the system, 8) providing the Ordering Party with a telephone number and e-mail between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on business days, under which...
