1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste produced by owners of uninhabited property from the Radkow commune and their transport to municipal installations in Ścinawka Dolna No. 86.
1.1 The contracting authority predicts that during the periodcontracts, i.e. 12 months from the date of signing the contract from the Radkow commune, no more than 120.00 mg of municipal waste from this:
a) mixed municipal waste - 84.00 mg
b) other waste not biodegradable - 36.00 mg
