Description:
The subject of the order is: Part I: Purchase of a backhoe loader as part of a task financed by a subsidy from the Voivode of Lublin from the population protection and civil defense program for 2025-2026. The scope of the order includes: The contractor is obliged to deliver a complete, technically efficient subject of the order to the Ordering Party. as part of the delivery, it is additionally envisaged: a) verification of the parameters of the delivery item by the Ordering Party; b) training by the Contractor on the day of delivery of the Ordering Party's authorized employees (at least two) in the scope of proper operation, operation and maintenance of the subject of the order; c) delivery by the Contractor of the documents indicated in the contract. The place of delivery is Strupin May 105, 22100 Strupin May. Deliveries must be made on business days between 7.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is determined by: 1) Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU), Annex No. 3 to SWZ. 2) Technical specification - Appendix No. 1 to the PPU. The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order within 7 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than December 31, 2025.2.
