Description:
A detailed description of the subject of the order, the description required by the Ordering Party in the scope of delivery is specified in: - Description of the subject of the order, Annex No. 3 to the SWZ; - Bill of quantities for the basic order and for options - Annex No. 3a and 3b to the SWZ - STWOR - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; - Designed provisions of the contract Appendix No. 6 to SWZ. Completion date from the date of signing the Agreement to December 15, 2025. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right to partially renovate the asphalt surfaces by an additional 50 m2 and adjust the height of 2 sewer manholes and adjust the height of height, 2 pieces of water supply valve boxes. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the order. The Contractor provides a warranty for construction works for a period of 24 to 48 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol by the Parties. Warranty period constitutes a criterion for the evaluation of offers. The contractor is obliged to have insurance/civil liability policy for activities related to the subject of the contract in the amount of not less than PLN 50,000.00.
