Description:
1. Type of order: construction works. The subject of the order is "partial renovation of the bridge facility located along the road to the station in salt". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ZO - a pre -office of works and template of the contract (Annex 9 to ZO). 3. Procedure, to which this inquiry applies to the: KNKA11/2025/WNP-018564-2. Contractors are obliged to rely on the above -mentioned designation in all contacts with the Employer. 4. Each of the contractors can submit only one offer prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the inquiry in electronic form. 5. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers. The offer can only be placed on the full scope of the order. 6. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond. 7. Contractors receive access to the PKP S.A. purchasing platform. after implementation of the registration process at: https://pkp.eb2b.com.pl. The detailed instructions for submitting offers are available after logging in to the EB2B platform in the "Help" menu. 8. The administrator of the contracting platform is the company EB2B Sp. z o.o., providing support for service Ordering Party Platform (admin@eb2b.com.pl; +48 22 428 19 28) .9.
